Cut out of shoes pictures

We are in a hurry building a catalog for a footwear company. We need to cut out footwear pictures ( 500 approx, will not exceed ). Pictures will be provided in .eps or .jpegs, sent to you by WeTransfert or any other free exchange box of your convenience. If you have a ftp, even better. Using Photoshop you may then cut out the shoe from its background, one layer for the shoe remaining, and the no background. Those have to be then sent back to us in .psd. Quite simple, we are just in lack of time. From the receipt of files, this job will have to be finished within one week.
