My grandpa passed away in 1997 from Lou Gehrig's disease and as you know my grandmother passed away this past year. I want to do something really special with their picture for my aunts and uncles and mother for Christmas. I really just want it to look angelic and maybe with a cartoon effect possibly and black and white would be nice with maybe angel wings if possible I want it to look really nice heavenly. I need this done by Thursday. Feel free to contact me.
