China Product and manufacturing Sourcing We are located in Germany and are looking for a reliable and trustful Person , a) who is located in China, b) who is Chinese c) and qualified in Sourcing of Production companies or Products d) and familiar with local Customs and manners. Attention: We ask for references of Projects in the past! Not on Freelancer, but at least of satisfied customers from the past which we will contact. IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE REFERENCES OR TESTIMONIALS, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR PROJECT! What are we doing? We are preparing to bring an Accessory for the iPhone 4/4S and 5 to the market. This Accessory is designed by us and will be produced in China. The Accessory exists of 4 single Units (Screwdriver, Leather Strap, Metal Plate and 2 screws) This Accessory is packed on a Carton-Card with a visible Blister Cover. We will launch our new Product with a small quantity of approx. 3000 to 5000 pcs. After this successful Launch we will order monthly 20.000 pcs. or more. Attention: We already sourced and placed order to Chinese Companies A) Carton printing B) Blister Cover C) Leather Strap D) Screwdrivers We need to source E) Metal Accessory- Die Casting Workmanship or Stamp press workmanship F) Screws which are used at the iPhone- but 6mm long (original is only 3,65mm) G) Company who will assembly the Parts C), D) E) and F) into the Package (Carton pos. A and Blister pos. B) What we expect from you? 1, Professional Assistance for our new product development, based on our samples or engineering drawings. 2, Professional Assistance for sourcing reliable and trustful Chinese Companies for our products and suppliers, based on our requirements. Here we want at least 3 to 4 different Quotations to each Product. 3, Professional Assistance and independent work for collecting suppliers, valuable quotations and negotiating with china suppliers for better prices. In fact that we have 6 different Companies, which we have to deal with, you have to be the linkman between each Supplier. 4, Professional factory audit and assessment for the awarded Supplier/Companies in written Memorandum , for keeping away from scammers, risky or unqualified suppliers. 5, After we place an order to a China supplier/Production company, you have to follow up the orders, to ensure timely production, timely shipment. 6, During the production, you have to go to our supplier's factory to do quality inspection for us to ensure the goods consistent with our approved samples and specification, Report to us timely if you are finding defective goods and follow up the correction process. In fact that the sourcing for the Parts A, B, C and D is done, we need to source the Metal-Plate, Screws and Assembling Company. This should be done in the next 3 weeks, so we ask for this an flat-rate Project Fee. We have to negotiate later the fee for A) the Factoring Audit for each Supplier (Supplier of Screws, Supplier of Metal Plate and Assembling Company) and B) Quality Inspection Service fee of each Supplier (A,B,C,D,E,F and G) and each Production cycle, what will happens each one or every two month.
