I am in need of a plug in designed for social engine 4.

These are adult payment gateways.
Plug in must be coded in a secure fashion as to not be copied or altered by the end user.
Plug in must be able to be registered to the social engine license number and work only with that license number provided. EXAMPLE the end user provides 1234-5678-1111-0000 as license number, we enter it into plug in code and deliver the plug in to end user. plug in upon install verifies the license number against the social engine version if a match off they go, if not plug in will not install.
I am easy to work with and look forward to your bids.
I am open to breaking these payment gateways out into 4 individual plug ins for easy of program writing.
