To developed a Survivors guide to construction quality (Quality Construction program) this is will be developed in a manual format. The proposal should include of the major topics areas to be covered in the paper. 1) Pre-Construction Phase • Permits/required authorization • Specification Review • Document Review • Identification of Responsible Individuals • Submittals/mock-ups • Required Testing g) Meetings to Schedule 2) Construction Phase • Meetings to schedule • Subcontractor coordination • Initial inspection d) Required Testing • Follow-up inspection • Non-conformance procedures/follow-up • Documentation of work in place • Pre-cover inspections 3) Project Close-out Phase • Inspections for punch list • Documentation processes • Building commissioning • Operating and Maintenance manuals/documentation • Final Cleaning/preparation for inspection for Certificate of Occupancy The document will have included of checklists, to do items, policy statement, and prioritized listings of how you will go about ensuring quality project. This need to be something that you will be willing to show your future employer as you interview for future positions.. it’s not accept to be cutting and pasting form another program guide. But I am expecting some similarities but not accept a simple copy of any company document.
