URGENT for the next few hours - Assist with Project Management schedule diagram

I need to sequence the activities of the project (attached) in the order. Those activities need to be completed before another activity can start (dependency). For example, when building a house, one cannot install the roof structure before the walls have been erected. Not all of the activities in your project can occur at the same time, and I’ll be looking at your sequence to see if you’ve taken a realistic approach in sequencing your activities. Please create a precedence diagram (as shown in example Exhibit 7.6) that shows the sequence of your activities.

Estimate the duration of your activities (tasks). Each of the tasks you defined from WBS attached.

Use the enumeration method (section 7-8b) to identify all the paths through your network, including identifying the critical path. Update the precedence diagram you created previously to show:

1. the duration for each activity in your diagram,

2. a list of all the paths and total duration of each path,

3. which of the paths is the critical path.

When you have finished updating your precedence diagram, it should have the same characteristics / look as Exhibit 7.15
