Crawler To Pull Prices

Hello. I am looking for someone to develop a crawler which will pull prices of specific products (electronics) from 5 different Web sites based in India. I am looking for the following steps/outputs:
a) pull of all names of products in certain categories
b) build of a crawler which can be used on a regular basis
c) export of all data in excel/CSV
Looking for a quick turnaround time.
