Data grabbing from Yahoo Finance and reprocess it - repost

The StockPicker Project is a software which grabs stock data from Yahoo, calculates several indicator, sort and display them. This programming shall be in Python 2.7, using eclipse as development tool. It is a very simple project where you simple send a link to yahoo finance, get the End of Day stock price plus additional data, write it into a database and calculated some values. The calculation process will be delivered to the final freelancer due to confidentiality issues. The list finally shall be displayed in a GUI using wxPython and MatplotLib. The entire development environment is ; - Win 7 64bit - Python 2.7 64bit - Eclipse with Pydev 64bit - wxPython 64bit - Python included SQLite database - ObjectListView 1.2 for Python - MatPLotLib for Python 1.3 A more detailed description is attached. The calculation of the Indicator will be provided to the awarded freelancer. Note : I will not consider (it makes no sense to approach me otherwise) : - Freelancer never have made a project in here - Freelancer which cannot show that they have the competences needed to ovoid "over committing" - Freelancer with a "lets try" mentality to find out later on that they can not make it for agreed time and money In addition I put value on communication and response to my emails. I have a very detailed and clear Milestone list, acceptance criteria and payment plan where the awarded freelancer can choose if he wants to do it or not before he starts the work.
