add YT uploader to GUI

Hi, I need to add a YT uploader to a python GUI, we need to have proxy support for each user and in case the proxy fails use an alternative proxy from a list, we will try to use private proxies, we need to have records of the amount of videos sent by each user by hour/day/week/month and we need to get reports of success with the new YT URL Links on each of them... the idea is that we need to track the videos, we need to know what we uploaded and what we are going to upload (scheduler)....plus if I turn the software off or it crashes it will continue from last time (recover).
