• Corporate culture of the business
• An examination of the challenges that may prevent the company from achieving and sustaining their competitive advantage in the future
Assessment Format
This assignment will require the review of the strategic activities of an International Business and an overview of the operational and strategic decisions implemented by the company. An analysis and understanding of the main components of the business development strategy and how to sustain success during the process of business expansion or retrenchment. An examination of the obstacles facing the company as it attempts to sustain its competitive advantage.
Recommendation and conclusions will be expected.
