Create an ebook about Dog Breeding

I am looking for someone to write an ebook about Dog Breeding. It will need to be about 20,000 words and about 20 chapters. It will also need a legal disclaimer. This book will need to cover everything from looking for the right dog to breed all the way up to interviewing potential buyers of puppies. Must be in ms word and the writer must have perfect English. You will have to do all of your own research. Good feedback is preferred but not essential.
