1. Find quality and reliable Architecture & Interior Design Firms in Bangkok.

2. Then, based on what I am looking for (to be explained later*), Screen/Filter those who are willing to cooperate with a foreign business (Based in Kuwait) from those who don't.

3. Then, schedule appointments with the top 10 companies (who him/her and I will choose after the filtering process)

4. To attend the scheduled meetings with the chosen 'top 10' firms.

Background: My business concept is about providing full services to those who want to build their homes from scratch (full turn-key solutions a.k.a. Design+Build). The process starts with the design and the design is based on a certain way of how we understand the client's needs and wants, and then publish them in a professional way, we call it the 'brief', which includes ALL information that the Architecture and Interior Design firm need to know to customize the house/home/villa EXACTLY as the customer want it.

This is what is needed from the Architecture and Interior Design Firm:

1. Based on the brief, TO CREATE ALL THE PLANS and MAPS/ BLUE PRINTS (architecture/facade, interior, electricity, lighting, plumbing, etc..)

2. Based on the approved plans, TO OUTSOURCE all the items mentioned in the plans (depending on the project, some projects will do it from A-Z while others will do less, this is depending on the customer's initial wants and demands which will be clear in the 'brief')
