We are a growing provider of Google AdWords Management Solutions and require the services of Google Certified Professional with experience in -

Google Adwords

1. Restructuring client campaigns to achieve keyword consistency across Campaign Groups, Ad Groups & Ad Text

2. Managing campaigns to optimize CPC, CTR & Ad Position

3. Monitor keyword quality scores and prepare a report listing recommendations to landing pages to improve keyword quality scores

4. Monitor Lost Impression share and adjust bid prices to keep LIS below 40%

5. Write multiple action orientated Ad's and where appropriate, apply Dynamic Text insertion

6. Conduct keyword research for both active and negative keywords

7. Set up Conversion Tracking as required

8. Set up relevant Ad Extensions

9. Submit a weekly report by client listing campaign KPI's for the week, work completed in the last week and task schedules for the coming week.

Google Analytics

10. Create AdWords Remarketing programs from audience lists created in Google Analytics

11. Prepare a custom dashboard according to relevant KPI's

Who we need?

We need someone who is capable of -

1. Managing multiple AdWords accounts

2. Deeply focused on campaign fundamentals to drive continuous improvement in CPC, CTR & Ad Position

3. Keeping up to date with new Google AdWords developments however, you must not feel compelled to implement these to any accounts without putting forward a strong case to proceed.

Who we don't want?

We do not require someone who -

1. Is without experience in managing campaigns outside of a learning environment.

2. Pushes Google's agenda for example, an over emphasis of mobile for a B2B client.

3. Does not respond to specific requests by email and needs to be reminded.

4. Makes recommendations based on incorrect data or baseless assumptions to appear that they are adding value.

5. Can communicate over email with brevity and not write long emails to communicate a simple concept.

6. Is weak in campaign fundamentals (CPC, CTR & Ad Position) but brilliant in advanced AdWords tools.

7. Blames insufficient budget for their inability to control campaign fundamentals.

Your bid is for YOUR MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE for a campaign based on the attached example.

The successful Google AdWords Campaign Manager will be offered as many client campaigns they can work on.

Bidders requiring more than AU$100 a month for the example campaign will be ignored and no messages replied to.
