Build 30 PR3+ Sports Backlinks Over 1 Month

I need 30 PR3+ backlinks for a US Sports related website (main topics include MLB baseball, NFL football, NBA basketball and NHL Hockey). The detailed requirements for the job are as follows: * 30 PR3+ backlinks must be from websites that are related to sports. * NO gambling / betting (even if they are sports related). Same goes for torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, porn or black hat sites. * All backlinks must be do follow. * Only backlinks from English Websites - primarily those in the United States. * No spammy links. * The actual page where the link is placed on must be minimum PR3 or above. * Only one link per domain will be counted so 30 links must come from different domains. * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days. * Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. * Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] and anchor text must not have nofollow tag. * No links from under construction pages. * No sites which ask for money later. * No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING * No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups. * All links must be one way non-reciprocal links from sports themed websites, preferably from those which deal with sports popular in US (baseball, nfl football, basketball, hockey, mma, fantasy sports, collectibles, or a combo of all of them). * Links must be static html links which include the target keywords I provide you with as the links anchor text. * Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. * Links must be in text, no graphics. * No use of blackhat software. Seriously, you know what I mean. * You must build links manually over the course of 30 days, adding at MOST 3 links per day (ok to skipmonth). * Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days to avoid any penalties. * I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. * Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all link URLs once work is finished to be checked before payment. * Will provide you with the anchor text you need to use and any other relevant information. * Whitehat tactics only! Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. * Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link. * Full Payment Escrow will be created and released after job completion. The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing work for you - and lots of it. You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: Link site exact URL (should be clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.
