Create, Maintain and Manage Facebook and Twitter Pages

Hi, We have not concentrated on the social media side of advertising and now that it is becoming mandatory - we would like to have these set up and maintained. What services you can provide would be appreciated. From what we understand - we would need to update the sites on a daily basis? If this is correct then we would probably like someone to do this for us also. We would obviously give info for the updates. Most of you just say you are good but not why. Please understand we want someone that is business savvy. We want someone who knows how to create posters and post special offers and can deal with widgets etc. Please tell us what you can do to promote our business. The bid is for monthly maintenance too and not just creation. You can make a creation bid + a monthly bid to maintain or just combine the two.
