Adsense website Generating atleast $30 per day

I'm looking for a very professional and realiable Google Adsense website creator that is able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $30 per day for 30 days (MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% ( Very Important! )) Site must follow the following : - Select any NICHE - But except pharma, violence, gambling & not acceptable sites. - Must be 100% within the Google Policies - Must have high paying keywords for 2011 within site - Must be Adsense Optimized - Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots - Unique organic traffic (no traffic buy) - All Content MUST be original and SEO Optimized - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles (Optional) but at least 40 articles that are not published yet - All copyrights belong to me - You must be able to guarantee consistent income (over $30 USD per day) for at least 6 months. - I will pay for domain registration with my provider, as per your domain name suggestion (.com / .net / .org). - I will provide you with my web hosting access to install and configure, whenever you are ready. - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense. - Provide overview plan before starting the project Payment will be made AFTER watching consistent income being generated in my AdSense account for 30 days (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $30 USD per day for 30 full days).
