A couple iOS views

Specific tasks:

Task 1: The telephone number is not displayed correctly when an order is submitted.

(Navigate to the 'Create Project' menu and a view with textfields is displayed allowing for entry of contact information. When order is submitted that data as well as the cart data is transmitted via SMTP. But in the order email that is received, the telephone number is not correct.)

Task 2: The date fields do not allow for the entry of the current date, it should allow for the current date to be entered under the 'Start Date'

Task 3: (see attached screenshots) When submitting order, a textview is displayed with the contents of the shopping cart and the contact information that the user previously entered. I want this view to be altered as such:

I want it to instead display an expandable tableview listing each item that is in the cart, each row should display the thumbnail image of the product to the left , and each items thumbnail image, as well as a stepper to adjust quantity, as well as a icon for 'Notes', when Notes are selected the row should expand to display a textfield with the notes that the user may have entered when adding the product, or an empty textfield so they can enter a note at this stage. The same view should also display a button which should load a new view with textfields so that the contact information may be modified.

Task 4: There is a menu for 'Display Projects'. This view should be modified to be similar to the one above.. Currently it displays a list of projects if any have been created, selecting a project then loads a table which lists items that have been added to the project. Things that should be added here are a button to 'Create New Project' from within the 'Display Projects' view. And the view which lists items should end up similar to above, with thumbnail,stepper, and notes..

Task 5: All text fields in the app.. when the keyboard is displayed, I would like the keyboard to be dismissed when clicking anywhere outside of the keyboard. So when the keyboard popups up, if the user presses anywhere on the screen above the keyboard, the keyboard should be dismissed.

This is a universal iOS app so all of these tasks need to be properly implemented in both the iPhone views and the iPad views.

I have attached a few screenshots. The last screenshot is not this app but is a representation of some of the changes I want. Simply notice how it displays a thumbnail, and stepper and menu function.. should be similar.
