Hi I am a database expert with 12 years experience in handling MS SQL databases. I have worked as DBA for large ERP databases and use to write and do performance tuning for SQL queries, procedures and triggers. With my domain expertise in the ERP, when ever I have a business requirement, I can easily look into a database, identify the required tables and write the required query for that. Distinctrow and Distinct most of the time return same results. I'm not sure why this is a question. you have DISTICT keyword in SQL which will replicate this DISTICTROW of Access DB. I hope this helps.

Hey, try this SELECT DISTINCT A.* FROM A INNER JOIN B ON A.a_id = B.a_id From reading the documentation on distinctrow, it looks like you want an exists clause or (for generally better performance) a join. Hope this solves your problem. It works.
