Description:
1. Work with the co-founders to convince and bring educators to Unacademy platform who can create courses on topics such as CA, CAT, entrepreneurship, GMAT, GRE, health and nutrition, interview preparation for a job, law exams, office productivity tools, programming
2. Understand the requirements of the students in the above areas of study and identify potential teachers from various channels like colleges, current students with relevant knowledge, toppers, experience professionals or anyone else who can add value and who will be compensated for creating courses
3. Understand the educator on-boarding process and the specific steps involved as well as the reason for attrition of educators
4. Take the educators through the on-boarding process by explaining the process and following up when required
Performance based incentives: Rs 5000 for first five educators and Rs 750 for each subsequent one with no upper limit.
Our team will help by providing databases of leads to the most hardworking interns.
