Cloud Hosting & FFMPEG

We have a site that 's hosted on a Cloud Server.

It uses FFMPEG for video upload and compression.

But the Cloud Server does not permit installing the FFMPEG on the cloud server.

We have to keep the cloud server, based on the nature of the website and also need FFMPEG for the compression etc.

Do you know of an alternative to achieve this OR any other CORRECT way of doing this?

if this is just not possible, what is the way to Compress the Videos, hosted on a Cloud Server........without making huge changes to our website.

Our website is a PHP based site on ZEND Framework.
