BASIC HTML SCRIPT

Need to have a basic html script created to allow me to post ads on websites like backpage and craigslist. I should be able to have a photo of apartment displayed, a link leading to all other ads on site, a link to location on my site and my company name, logo, and contact information embedded into design. This ad would have to be in sync with my current website. I have about 4 urls that needs to be developed into websites. If you do a good job we can talk about this.
