Conference Website -

Looking to do a Conference website. Below is a perfect example of what I'm after. After the template is created most of the pages will be very simple with limited content like the example I site below. All content will be provided. Linux-based server space provided as well. Reference site: [login to view URL] The 2007 Enforcement EXPO had up to 230 pages. There were a few dynamic applications running on the site. They were two web applications; 1) Website Itinerary Planning and 2) Website Search engine. There was one Flash element on the home page. Everything else basic HTML. I need a quote that is only for HTML coding and doesn't include dynamic web applications, databases, Javascript, Flash, Database integration, content creation or scanning - based on up to 250 static pages and basic HTML coding. Art, logos, exhibitor info & website links (provided in digital word/text format), Banners, Animated Banner Ads, Registration forms (pdf or .doc documents). I need a second quote on the above with the following added in (as seen in the reference example provided): 1) Website Itinerary Planning 2) Website Search/Exhibitor search Need 85% of site finished by early February 08. Additional updates on-going. Will provide materials as they become available. Hourly rates will not help me budget. Need hard figure and then hourly for ongoing maintenance and support.
