Cross sell in oscommerce REPOST

Setup cross selling for products for a clothing web-site running oscommerce. We have around 1000 products which need cross selling. We have redesigned the cross sell feature in oscommerce to make it easier and faster to cross sell. Will take a maximum of 2 to 5 minutes per product. Your quote should be per 100 products. We are looking for someone who will cross sell products with similar products, not just any products. For example if the product is a cream flower dress, they should cross sell with other flower dresses, or if the model is wearing other items from our site you should cross sell with them. For example if the item is a red top and they are wearing black jeans you should cross sell with black jeans. Every product should have 4 cross sells. Thanks
