Automatic Email Sender for Interspire Shopping Cart 4.0

This project is for experienced customizer of Interspire Shopping Cart. -Abstract: The shop is specialized in selling serial codes in a .txt or .jpg format to customers. Each customer who purchase a product needs to receive a different serial code (a different .txt or .jpg file). This modification should send an email containing the unique serial code to the customer when the shop administrator turns an order status from any status to "Completed". (That same email should also be sent to a second email owned by the website administrator for record purposes.) The serial codes for each product should be stored in a specified location on the server. When a serial code is emailed to a customer, it should be deleted from that location. Each administrator product page should contain an entry to specify where the serial codes belonging to this product are stored in the server. If a product serial code are out of stock, product should go out of stock automaticly. There should also be an option to make so that a specific customer gets his order status changed to "Completed" automaticly after the status of his order becomes "Awaiting fullfilment" (so an email with his serial code is sent to him instantly after purchase). -Steps for the customization: 1. When order status is changed to "Completed" an email should be sent automaticly to the customer email address on file on the ISC cart (and to a fixed email address for record purpose) with an attached product serial code(s) in .jpg or .txt format belonging to the product(s) the customer has purchased. That (or these) product serial code(s) should be deleted (or preferably, moved) from their server location after email is sent so they are not sent twice. 2. Add an entry for each administrator product page to specify the server location of the serial codes belonging to this particular product. 3. When there are no more available serial code for a specific product, this product should change automaticly to out of stock. 4. Add an option for a specific customer to make that each of his order changes from "Awaiting fullfilment" to "Completed" status when an order is place so he receives his order instantly. -Notes/comments: You can use the email sent automaticly by ISC when an order becomes completed to send the serial code as well. This system should not fail. We intend on changing status of order in "mass", i.e. checking 20 orders at a time and making them all become "Completed". In this case, the system should be quick to send a serial code and delete right after so it is not sent twice.
