Beware of Newbie Low Bidders... every work has nominal compensation so common sense is the key. I am almost 12-16 hours available online in a day... my experience is vast having multiple qualities and working capacity. You can first make a probation period of 1 week to better understand and testing and then hire for long term work I am more than interested in long term work.
