C# WPF - FFMpeg - Simple Task

Hi, I'm looking for someone to create a WPF test application that will have a couple parts of functionality:- FFMpeg has the ability 1) Using FFMpeg, to list all devices that can be specified as input sources. (refer to the -list option that will accomplish this). 2) Using FFMpeg, to capture video to a file (complete desktop view). We should have two buttons synced in this example (Start and Stop). 3) Same as (2), however to capture from one of the visible window input sources, that (1) should supply. If it doesn't then we would also need a textbox to enter in the window title to record from. 4) Same as (3), however we can also specify offset X, offset Y, and Width and Height properties to capture.
