Car Position Management with the PC-GPS application

Requires Phonegap, HTML, Javascript, CSS, some native Android (JAVA), native iPhone (Objective C), and Windows (C#) will be needed. Job Description: Need Phonegap developer to build a very basic mobile app that should work on Android/iPhone/Windows phone. The app needs to look well on tablets as well (CSS Styling that supports different resolutions/sizes). App needs to remember MP3 positions last listened to (MP3s are available on my server) and needs to remember youtube positions and play them within the app experience. App has roughly 6 screens/pages including the home page. Other than the youtube and MP3 pages, others are basic information pages. Need to make a custom music player inside app and not use the native music player. Should have controls in notification area (if OS supports it) to scrub/pause/play mp3. App is based off of an App that is already in the app store so wire-framing and design not needed (App name is DivineInformation)
