We understand that you want to develop an application where you want facilitate your user to control your child computer remotely. We have already developed 3 projects on this topics where we have communicated between two computer remotely. We have a software as well, if required we can serve you this. We are hereby describing you what will be the methodology: We will develop an exe for child computer and there will be a service for send the activities of the child machine to the server. We can send Screenshots, Browsing History and the currently running process of the computer. We understand that the service will run and monitor the web traffic. Now, you have mentioned about some API from where we will match the website. can you please let us know what API you want to use in this case? We understand that when child will be logged in into the computer, service will prompt them to answer a question and the question we will pull from the server database using the service call and this will be inserted from the website by his/her parent. We understand that we will develop a website where users (Parents)will be able to register into the application and from their control panel they will be able to view the answer given by the child. The answer which we have already save in database. User will be able to view the browsing history and screenshots as well. If user wants to block some site then we will call the service and will block the service.

1. Client software will have following components: (a) NDSI Network service that scans network traffic, allow/block it based on blocking rules. (b) Window (background) service to communicate with server & other client components. Also logs user activities. (c) GUI application to enable user interaction with the system. (d) Backend Database to log activities, questions answered, host synchronized copy of network blocking rules. To ensure Safe Browsing following Blocking Rules will be checked against network traffic in given precedence order: (A) Web Request Checks against prohibited: (i) Web Domains (ii) URLs (iii) Words/phrases in requested URLs (B) Web Response Checks against prohibited: (i) Content Types (i.e. different audio/video formats) (ii) HTML “Rating” Meta tag values (iii) Words/phrases on web-page Post installation activation on client will be carried out by the parents, to link monitoring instance on the computer with their account on Parental Control Website. Single Monitoring instance can be linked with multiple (parental control) accounts, similarly single (parental control) account can hookup multiple monitoring instances. 2. Sever will host communications services for exchanging data between different tiers of the system. Also host the backed database and Monitoring Website. 3. Website will facilitate monitoring and remote controlling linked monitoring instances (client computers). Project duration will be reviewed after getting detailed requirements.
