Database for collecting ideas including UI

Hello,

I require a software where different sort of data (pdf, jpg, png, text, etc) are collected. As I also want to run this software on my mobie phone, the software/database should be able to run on Android and Linux.

The database itself will be stored on a NAS which synchronises the PC and the Smartphone.

Therefore it must be possible to setup the folder, where the database is stored on the PC and Smartphone.

In this way the application can be used offline as well.

Following futher functionlities are appreciated:

- setup of an alarm and related reminder

- checklist in the data set

The structure shall be the following:

- Main item / subject

- Subfolder

- collected data / Data set

An intuitiv UI shall belong to the Database, which does not necessarily mean to be an application. I could imagine that a HTML interface or similar might work as well.
