Build a simple Game

I search for someone that is fluent in Game Design and to build me upon Unity Engine and C# / .Net a simple game. Follow up projects are endorsed, therefore you should be able to dimension the foundation big so you can extend it easily later on. For this first version I require you to create: A 4x4 pieces chess like flat structure on which a pre-defined unit can be player controlled move on, according to a incremental clock which speed can be varied. Should run in Real-Time and the piece shall move according to that; a basic example of how it’s meant to be can be found in the “Hearts of Iron” Series. Additional Requirement: Territory: Once the player has moved the unit into another tile, the tile should change ownership color. (Blue) Basic AI: A second unit should be computer controlled by basic Artificial Intelligence and also try to acquire territory, which is then colored Red.
