Advisor for Extjs and [login to view URL] security

we want to hire a security specialist who can advice us which direction we need to take with our Extjs development. We are currently rebuilding our old [url removed, login to view] platform and are thinking to use core extjs and webservices instead of [url removed, login to view] MVC. The good thing about [url removed, login to view] is that dynamic rending orf partials is possible. See [url removed, login to view] This enables us to show UI elements using Service side checks in code behind based on certain conditions. This is important as we are using the RIA [url removed, login to view] where we are only using one page without reloading the page.
In core extjs everything is client side and with the single page approach this means that even the UI for features available only for the Administrator users can be seen also by normal users when the user looks at the JS codes.
We are looking for a security specialist who we can hire for a few hours to give us ideas for the best way forward.
