I need a automatic surf app that will run on Windows, it can be made in C#, very simple and basic (nothing fancy). The application should do the following: I specify my URL from a website, the program has the ability to load [login to view URL] list then it connects with this IP's one by one and opens the website inside the app and after 10 seconds it moves to next proxy IP. Simple as that.

I already worked with proxy testers in c#, and can put this off in 1 hour or so. I can also make the page visible on the window if this is what you want (instead of just testing if the proxies are "alive").
