Build an advanced drone like Ghost Recon Air Drones

I am looking forward to build an advanced drone with betavoltaic power cells based on uranium, aluminium and silicon plates to supply un-limited power to the drone. This drone to be built with a purpose to stay in the sky without any time limit and render security measures with a rocket launcher or buzz maker that can be triggered remotely with remote controllers or a PC where its software will be installed. The main pitfalls for a drone is :- 1) Un-limited power supply - to be provided by betavoltaic power cells 2) Long controller ranges - will be made possible with WAN miniports and satellites on the drone, the connection will be made with ISP in the similar fashion satellites transmit data. I will pay wage to the freelancer for making the device and the machinery costs will be escrowed to the freelancer once the project starts, so that he or she can buy the items and start building the drone and send me feeds on its developments and I will pay daily wage as long the work goes on. The project should not take more than 15 days to complete once all devices are put together.
