Create a Program to Test Inputs of Gaming Controllers

I need a program (.exe) developed for me, using whatever programming language is required. I haven't got a clue what is needed for this project, so even if you can't do it yourself but have an idea for what programming is needed - please get in touch. The program will have to test ALL of the buttons of a gaming controller (Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 AND PS4). Here's the basics of the interface that I have in mind. 1) Execute (.exe) 2) Loads. 3) "Please choose what controller you would like to test: - Xbox 360 - Xbox One - PS3 - PS4" 4) *user makes selection* 5) "Thanks. Searching for your controller..." 6) "Connected. We will now test the controller. Please press the [A] button five times. Press next on-screen once you have." 7) "Please press the [B] button five times. Press next on-screen once you have." 8) Please press the [X] button five times. Press next on-screen once you have." 9) These steps repeat, testing every single physical button on the controllers. Including the analogue thumbsticks. 10) "Now we will test the left rumble motor. Did it rumble?" 11) *user selects yes or no* 12) The program repeats this step individually for each motor. 13) "That's great. Testing is finished. Here is the report: --Program lists individual tests, and whether the test passed successfully." 14) "Would you like to restart the test?" This is the general idea... Please contact me if you have any idea how this could be done, if it's even possible, and at what cost. Developers abroad welcome - however controllers will not be provided. NOTE: Windows automatically comes built in with a "calibration test" to test Xbox 360 controllers, however it doesn't test things such as vibration - nor does it create a report.
