Custom Roulette Bot

I need a small software made that will help me make manual bets as per a system I want to try that gets a bit complicated when I try to do it manually. It has a progression of 10 amounts, and involves betting on three sets of dozens of the wheel each spin - so I need to input the recent numbers that have hit, and the bot will tell me how much dozens I should bet on as per the system, and how much I need to put on each dozen. The bet on one dozen is independent of the other two - so I will be on stage one of the progression in one dozen and perhaps stage 3 or 7 for example on the other two dozens. The dozens used for each stage of the progression change depending on the last on to hit. I will of course be much more precise explaining the job and system if the project is taken.
