Customization of WEB BASE CRM

Only experience Web Base CRM Programmer may apply. We are looking for a long term partnership. This is an on-going project, will be divided into 2 phases and we need the programmer to continue support us as our consultant. We need a customization comprehensive CRM systems which will be configurable permission for user login security access and preferences Phase 1:- To integrate CRM common features to Social Media. We will want our social media platform e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin to be intergrate with this CRM system so that we can have all the client's database there to be manage in this CRM platform.
