China Sourcing Consultant Required.

Hi there, We are an online e-commerce company that is currently drop shipping products from China (Ali Express) to our worldwide customers. We are primarily dealing in fashion apparel, clothes, jewellery, handbags, shoes and accessories. We have recently launched a new system where we would like to add suppliers directly on our system, instead of drop shipping through Ali Express. Our interest is to seek the suppliers from China who have warehouses in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia and can manage the domestic returns. The suppliers will be added to the Supplier Login where they can add their products, images, product descriptions, and keywords on the website. Our company would promote, market and sell the products on the supplier's behalf, receive orders and update suppliers on the orders received through our online system and email. The suppliers will then fulfil the order to the customers ensuring that the right product is delivered to the customer within 3 to 5 business days (without charging exuberant delivery charges, as we encourage the delivery charges to be added within the product price). We are looking for authentic, experienced and quality Sourcing Agents who can find us such suppliers, run the training of our system to them, so that these suppliers have another channel to sell their merchandise in addition to their current sales channels. Following are the traits needed: 1. Suppliers must be dealing in high quality items that are trendy and up selling. 2. Suppliers must have a domestic return address and process for the US, Europe, Asia and Australia and must ensure 3 to 5 days delivery maximum. 3. Suppliers must have solid inclination of running their online system on our website. 4. Suppliers must have adequate knowledge of emails, order processing and return handling. 5. Suppliers will be paid within 10 days of order satisfactory order receiving by the customer. 6. Suppliers must provide quality images of their product, and/or videos. The Sourcing Agent needs to: 1. Find such suppliers on our behalf, train the suppliers on our system. 2. Ensure a complete database of quality suppliers is being maintained. 3.
