Design and help install hard drive back up system

I have a media company and therefore have lots of large files (video and photo) that I wish to back up.
This project will help me purchase and set up the back up system.
* Design the back up system (present three options) with links to where I can purchase on line
* Once the hardware is purchased, the second part of the project is to provide the technical steps required to set-up the hardware.
I have a windows desktop computer and will be getting a laptop (Apple Mac) so the backup hardware will service both machines.
The design must be full proof so that I am confident all my files are safe and can be restored if/when I require.
I live in Adelaide SA, so the hardware chosen must be able to be purchased/sent to me.
