Hi, I'd like to offer you my experience in all kind of support issues. I've experience in 1st, 2nd and 3rd-Level-Support which means that I know anything about windows xp or windows 7 and of course windows server os. My knowledge of VMware is quite good but developable. In the past I've visited a CCNA exploration course and had the chance to spend a lot of time in supporting firewalls.
