Thank you for taking time and reviewing my proposal. We intend to execute this project as follows. To start with, a team of 10 representatives working 9 hours a day, 5 days a week would be employed. Although this project does have scope of growing to 200 seats (As per project details), we'd like to start off with a small and manageable team so as to ensure that management procedures and operational glitches are be taken care of before going full scale. Since there are not many details provided about that type of project this is (inbound or outbound), I'm just going to outline the management structure we're currently using. We have a centralised management structure in place with decision making authority resting with the project manager AFTER consultations with client. Additionally, we encourage our clients to regulary review the processes and suggest any changes so as to ensure streamlining of the whole process. Each project has a separate management team which reports directly to the client in real time whereby reducing time lag in decision making and its implementation. Since the rate has not been mentioned, I'm taking our normal rate of USD $10/ hour as standard. The bid amnount has been calculated using that rate and is the cost of 100 agents for 1 month. However, we're open to negitiations and can also consider a flat monthly amount.
