In this project you will listen to recordings of inbound calls received by a retail business. These calls are posted on a webpage.
> You will be supplied with a list of which calls you would be listening to on the webpage.
> You will also be supplied with a spreadsheet to score the call and record certain information from the calls to the spreadsheet
> You will also be supplied with an online video tutorial to show you how to do this job with a number of examples of what you will be doing
>You will be given email access to ask any questions you might have during the project.
Although you are never making any calls (just listening to calls and recording data) it would be helpful if you had telephone (sales or custom service) experience.
The average length of each call is around 3 to 5 minutes (varies from 2 minutes to 10+minutes)
This project right now has about 12 calls a week to listen to and score
Accuracy is critical with this job.
This is actually a weekly project (4 times each month) that can eventually grow in assignments for the person that does an effective job. You MUST have excellent English speaking skills.
Pay is $25 for up to 12 calls in one week averaging $100 for one month
