Description We are looking for a small telemarketing team or a person which is able to work from 9am-5pm GMT 5 days a week (mon- Fri) Experienced Only Appointment Setters for B2B. You will be calling on medium to large-sized businesses and setting up appointments for one of our consultants. We are a Recruitment and sub Contractor Company. Based in Slough Berkshire just 20 miles from London and we provide our trained staff 50 miles around [login to view URL] provide industrial and retail merchandising staff. e g. shop floor merchandisers,warehouses operatives, picker, packers etc You must have experience in recruitment environment and have experience and be comfortable talking to Directors, Managers; you must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to get past gatekeepers and to the decision maker(s). We will provide you relevant details about our business but you have to set your own Calling script and calling lists of businesses to contact. We will define the area we operate around where we are based, for that reason you must have knowledge of England's cities. You may work from your home, as long as you have a quiet, business environment with no small children or barking animals in the background. Must be very organized, focused and disciplined with an engaging professional telephone voice. You will be ok, as long as you can set 05 or more consistent qualified appointments weekly. This is a long term position if things work out well. Requirements: Must speak Perfect English. Must be able to email appointments immediately upon receipt Payments: Per Qualified Lead - $ 15 Per Sale - $ 300 (if we signed the job with them) We will initially pay based on Per Qualified Lead and once you proved yourself as an excellent telemarketer, we can negotiate to pay you hourly, per appointment, bonuses and will increase the per sale commission. This is a long term project so we would like to build a successful relationship. - Requirement : 05 appts / week - Calls are considered qualified ONLY if prospect has expressed interest AND agreed to an appt.
