Appointment Setting for Qualified Leads

I am looking for a high quality, experienced appointment setter. Our telemarketing team generates our qualified leads but I need someone that can call the leads to book in the time for our in-home consultants to visit in their home. The leads are qualified so it is not a cold call the leads are expecting a call back. Sometimes they need to be contacted and at different times in the day so that they can be reached. I need an appointment setter that is persuasive, extremely well spoken and sales orientated and can get the lead to commit to the appointment without wasting my leads. To trial I will give you 5 leads a day to book, I will give you a full brief and all the information you require. To start with I think you will only need a total of around 30 to 60 mins a day to contact the leads. Looking for someone that can start asap and if you are good and do not waste my leads I will give you more hours and this will be on ongoing position.
