Captioning a ~2min Quicktime video clip with soft subtitles (create and provide .srt)

I have an amusing Quicktime video clip (1 min 38s) from that I want to use in a college class next week. The clip needs to have "soft" closed captions added for the two American English speakers: Isaac Mizrahi (male) and Shawn Killinger (female). The captions should distinguish who is speaking and some experience with captioning overlapping speech would help, since they talk over each other a lot. We may have to iterate a little bit to get a pleasing, readable result. I just don't have time to do it myself. The clip is at [login to view URL] Ideally the end product will be a Quicktime .mp4 with soft captions (that I can turn on and off in Quicktime 7), and a .srt file containing the times and words, should I choose to edit them myself later.
