dbf to csv utility

The scope of the following project is a small utility that will connect directly to a DBF table and extract information based on time filtering. For example, if we set the filter to 1/1/08 or to equivalent timestamp, the program will go through the DBF file and export only the rows where the date or time stamps are larger that the defined filter. The program will be able to export only certain columns. There settings text file that will include the following setting per line: TABLENAME1,TIMECOLUMN,01/01/2008,COLUMN1,COLUMN2,COLUMN3 TABLENAME2,TIMECOLUMN,01/02/2008,COLUMN2,COLUMN3,COLUMN3 Where the first object will be the table name, 2nd column would be the column where the filter should be conducted and the 3rd column would be the filter value. All other columns would be for the columns that should be copied to the CSV file Every line will represent a different table which will be saved into a separate CSV file. Attached below, please find a sample DBF file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
