I need to create a video on why we should end the war on drugs. I haven't started it as I'm a gigantic procrastinator. It needs to be about 2 or 3 minutes long with educational images and text explaining why the drug war should be ended. Things like how its impacted a lot of people's lives and is costly. It shouldn't have any voice overs just music and text. I need it done really quickly, as in like 12 hours from now (5pm EST). I'm willing to pay $30 for a video this short and simple. It doesn't need to be extremely high quality as it is only high school level.
