Hi Freelancers, We're looking to create an animation for The Global Society ([login to view URL]). It will be around 4 minutes long and we have already created a storyboard and a draft voiceover. You will need to be a skilled drawer as we want to use our main brand character, Norbert, so you will need to be able to draw Norbert and his 'friend' Nina (who has not yet been created) in different situations. You can find a picture of Norbert at [login to view URL] Please submit your estimated price (please note that we do not tolerate under quoting. If you are awarded the job and have under quoted - i.e. you tell us later that the cost is going to be much higher), we will cancel the project. Please also send with some examples of your previous animations. We would like this delivered within six weeks. Thanks in advance for your time.
