Create a ~10 second intro in AE with 3D Extruded Text mapped to Camera

Hi

I need a new wicked intro for my YouTube channel. I have storyboarded how it will look, so I just need an After Effects wizard to track the camera properly and link the letters/text to the camera and then there's two shots where the text could actually be positioned behind certain things in the footage.

The text needs to be extruded so they look 3D and then lighting put on them so there are slight shadows to show the depth. They stay in the same place in the world, and therefore the same size (just couldn't be done with my brilliant Premiere Pro skillz so they stay the same size on the frame -_-) .

Also after making the storyboard I realise the single letters would look better if they were way bigger, so they look like giant y and Bs in the city - bigger than the height of the frame really.

The "City" text goes behind all of the house, please don't use a garbage matte like me :P

The main title at the end of the video needs to go behind the tree and further into the middle of the screen so it's more visible.

Would be good if all 4 shots were separate files so that I can cut/time it up to music if I can't get the licensing. And potentially render as much footage as possible so that it's longer than what's just in the storyboard.

Looking in the range of £50-100, if I'm right in thinking this is a 4-5 hour job.
