I need 2 PAs to cover 2 timezones. 1 in Los Angeles timezone, and one in the Philippines / Vietnam timezone. This means applications MUST be from either: Los Angeles / Denver / Vancouver / Edmonton timezone (working from about 2pm to 10pm your time) -- OR -- and Bangkok / Vietnam / Philippines timezone (working from about 2pm to 10pm your time) I need a PA to keep me organised and take an active role in handling my clients and other contractors I hire. You MUST have positive feedback on your profile to apply for this job. FLUENT English required. Estimated 10 hours per week to begin with, it will increase over time. This work can abe done from your computer and I only need you to be available for short periods of time throughout the day to send an email, or to chat with me about tasks. So you are able to do other work for other clients. Approximately 10 hours per week will be needed initially with possibly more hours given as we go. Voice chat via WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, Viber, or a similar smartphone app is required. I need to send you voice messages when I'm not in the office, using my iPhone. I need someone who can: - Handle all my emails and respond on my behalf. This will require you calling me and asking what kind of response is required. Over time you'll learn more and more and be able to respond yourself. - Organise tasks that my contractors need. - Follow things up... you'll need to keep yourself organised so if you're waiting a response from someone and you don't get it... that you follow them up or contact me to say you've received no response. - Remind me of things I need to do that I said I would do for a client or contractor. I've spent 20 years working as a consultant and I need to reduce the amount of time I spend typing / staring at a computer screen. IMPORTANT: You must be able / willing to speak (voice) with me over WhatsApp or similar smartphone app (Where voice messages can be left, as well as voice chatting can be done). The idea is I speak to you (or sometimes send a voice message), and you do the typing rather than me doing the typing. IMPORTANT: I am looking for someone who is reasonable tech-savvy. Many of my emails are about website development, SEO. It's preferable if you understand these concepts on a technical level. You won't be doing this technical work... but you will be liaising with contractors who are doing this technical work. NOTE: If you have marketing experience (design, print, copyrighting, etc) then that helps as well - but not totally necessary. Example: I'll route certain emails from my project management software to you. You contact me on Skype / Viber / similar and tell me what questions have come in from a contractor. I'll explain what my reply should be and you type / send the reply Example: A certain email might be asking for some information that can easily be found on Google somewhere. You find it, and send it to that person. Example: Throughout the day I might send you a few voice recordings of things I need done, or emails that need to be sent. You'd listen / transcribe the audio and send the email. Example: I said I'd handle a particular problem but you see that nothing has been done yet. You contact me to ask why I haven't done it, or if you should update the other party to let them know I'm delayed. So it's all quite basic PA stuff, mostly typing / emails, but you MUST be able to ensure everything is followed-up on so things aren't forgotten. This job MAY lead to more "office management" work where you handle more and more of my correspondence, research, planning, co-ordinating my calendar, etc. It all depends on how good you are! Hello, The capital of Thailand is Bangkok. First I'd like to mention that I am not in either of the time zones mentioned, I am in EST time zone but willing to work whenever you need me too. I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to reach out and see what happens. I do speak native English. Right now, I do similar work for a subscription box company in terms of responding to emails. I stay in touch with the manager through Whatsapp so if there is a question that comes through that I cannot answer, I am able to ask. Over time, I have learned how to respond to the majority of the customers. I do know a bit about SEO, how keywords impact finding your product or website etc. I am in the process of actually taking a social media marketing course through Udemy. I am actually very interested in the topic as I'd like to eventually start my own small handmade goods business. I pay close attention to detail, and I am able to remain professional and flexible with hours etc. I often end up having to jump on and respond to emails outside of my set daily time, which I am perfectly okay with. If you might consider me even with the time zone difference, I'd love to chat with you a bit more regarding the work. Thanks!

Hello Sir, hope you're good, first of all I should tell you that THE CAPITAL OF THAILAND IS BANGKOK. The Bangkok/ Philippines/ Vietnam time zone works very well for me, and I am available from 2 pm to 8 pm in the above mentioned time zones :) Moving on, I am a Chartered Accountant but due to personal reason i like to work from home. I have just started learning digital Marketing and i am handling DIGITAL MARKETING for a consulting business that's about to launch in a few months so I do know a little about SEO and i am learning more with everyday. I am self motivated and i learn very quickly. I always try to give my 100% at a job and keep working till my clients are satisfied. I am FLUENT in both written and spoken English and i love to build long term working relationship with my client. I like working with clients who interact through audio calls as i feel its the most efficient communication channel when freelancing therefore, I have no problem with skype/whatsapp voice messages and audio calls, I actually prefer them.I recently took a certification in US English 1 and scored in 100th percentile and i think that shows my English proficiency to an extent. Although I have been working online for just about 2 months now, I have learned a lot and and continue to keep learning and improve my skills everyday. Bangkok is Thailand's capital. I am fluent in English. Voice calls over Messenger or Viber are fine with me. I have 6 years back-end support experience in IBM. Most of the tasks are email-based. Whenever we need to talk to a client directly, we get in a call. I had clients based in US and UK. I am available between 2-5 pm or 7-10 pm Philippine Time. I can work with minimal supervision. I take initiative on my tasks and make sure they are delivered well. You won't need to micromanage me. Looking forward to work with you.

The job requires typing, emailing, following up on projects, etc. I am based in Bulgaria which is 5 hours behind the ICT zone (meaning it will be 9am-5am in Sofia when it is 2pm-10pm in Bangkok). Thailand's capital is Bangkok. I have iPhone, Viber, WhatsApp, and FaceTime. I have double-majored in Business Administration and Journalism and Mass Communication. I have worked as a brand manager in the marketing department of an American corporation and then as a marketing manager in a German company. Both are FMCG companies and are in the sales of branded consumer goods internationally. Currently, I am running an online fashion retail website myself and working on freelance projects. I am fluent in English as I have graduated the American University in Bulgaria. I believe my background makes me an appropriate candidate for the job but, of course, I will need to get acquainted with the specifics of the tasks. Maybe it will be a good idea to have a trial period and check how things are developing. My drawback is that I do not have technical knowledge in website development and SEO, I just have the "user" level of understanding. But I am organized and responsible, and if I get the flexibility about the working hours, I can commit two or more hours per day to do whatever you need. I am willing to discuss further your expectations and deadlines in case you are interested.

I am the right fit since I normally take tasks as an assistant for my boss when he is doing audits for his job. I do case management and normally check his email and ask his thoughts about it and suggest proper response to these emails. We plan tasks and vacations together and make sure that we meet our team goals. I am approachable and open to feedback, very friendly and optimistic.
