I have queries : Tool will have login facilities to allow tool to use it among different users? Which access version database you want to use? Hello, I will design a friendly(easy to use) graphical user interface that contains a list of patients. When you click on a patient a window will popup(or current window will expand to the right/bottom) and will contain a printable form with patient info: name, date of birth, picture, blood group etc if he's a employee and at which company, id card no, etc. There will be a button named Tests on the window specific for each patient. When you click this button there will be a list of all tests that patient has until now(header: Test Date Result Other info etc) The main window will contain a button named reports and you can select from a drop down list which report you want.
